In the Pharmacy and Poisons Act in section 5 "Chief Pharmacist" is deleted and substituted therefor the words "the chief executive officer of the Board competitively recruited and appointed by the Board upon such terms and conditions of service as shall be determined by the Board upon the advice of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission".
