Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 33 sections divided into six Parts and completed by two Schedules, is made under Pesticides Act 1999. The Regulation contains provisions on the licences and approvals for the application of pesticides from aircraft (Part 2), Pesticides to be used by qualified persons (Part 3), the records relating to use of pesticides (Part 4), Notification of proposed use of pesticide (Part 5), Miscellaneous (Part 6).
