Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 57 sections divided into seven Parts and four Schedules, made under Pesticides Act 1999, regulates the use of pesticides within the territory of New South Wales. The Regulation contains provisions on the following issues: Licensing requirements (Part 2); Pesticides to be used by qualified persons (Part 3); Records relating to use of pesticides (including pesticides used for commercial, agricultural or occupational purposes, Part 4); Notification of proposed use of pesticide (Part 5), Records (Part 6) and Miscellaneous (Part 7).
