Abstract

This Regulation, made under Pesticides Act 1978 is to be considered as made under the Pesticides Act 1999 for the purpose of its implementation. The Regulation contains provisions on the licences and approvals for the application of pesticides from aircraft (Part 2), the training for certain pesticide users (Part 3), the prohibited residues and restricted pesticides (Part 4), and the records relating to use of pesticides (Part 4A).
