Abstract La présente ordonnance réglemente l’élimination des sous-produits animaux. Notamment, le texte vise à: a) garantir que les sous-produits animaux ne mettent pas en danger la santé humaine et animale et ne portent pas préjudice à l’environnement; b) permettre autant que possible la valorisation des sous-produits animaux; c) assurer que l’infrastructure nécessaire à l’élimination des sous-produits animaux soit disponible.
