The present Law enters into force on 12 November 2010
Abstract

The present Law enforces the Ordinance concerning disposal of animal by-products of 23 June 2004. Article 1 establishes that the Law regulates interventions of cantonal competence resulting from the aforementioned Ordinance. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: Purpose, competence and definition (I); Organization of the report (II); Financing (III); Legal remedies (IV); Penalties (V); Repeal and final provisions (VI).
