Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law of 2 February 2005 relating to population protection and civil protection legislation. Article 2 establishes that the enforcement of the federal and cantonal legislation on population protection and civil protection is incumbent upon the Department of Economic Affairs, unless it is a matter of another authority.
