The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1973.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Toxic Substances Act of 21 March 1969. Article 1 establishes the specific competence of the various entities dealing with the subject matter. The text consists of 6 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competence (I); Neutralizing toxic substances (II); Fees (III); Right of appeal (IV); Final provisions (V).
