The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 October 2009.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implemen the federal legislation on chemicals, and in particular the Chemicals Act of 15 December 2000. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Competence (2); Fees (3); Amendments (4); Repeal (5); Entry into force (6).
