Abstract This Order sets regulations on fishing for salmon in the Greenlandic fishing territory west of Cape Farewell in NAFO area 1. Salmon fishing outside 40 nautical miles from the coastline may not take place. Commercial fishing for salmon require a fishing licence (art. 3) which is issued by the Greenlandic Government, and my only occur by hooks or nets. All salmon catches from non-commercial fishing must be reported to GFLK (Greenland Fishing Licence Control).
