Abstract The Order sets regulations on taxation for the production and slaughtering of animals destined for human consumption. The fee (equivalent to DKK 28 for each animal) includes cattle slaughtered for private use. This fee also applies to export slaughterhouses, public slaughterhouses and cattle export abattoirs.
