Abstract The Order sets regulations on taxation for the production and slaughtering of animals destined for human consumption. The fee (equivalent to DKK 25 for each animal) includes cattle slaughtered for private use. This fee also applies to export slaughterhouses, public slaughterhouses and cattle export abattoirs. Calves being slaughtered in private abattoirs shall be subject to payment of the same fees within 14 days.
