Abstract

The Order sets regulations on disinfectants used in premises and equipment which may come into contact with food, udder and teat spray intended for udder hygiene in milk supplying livestock. The Order shall not apply to disinfectants to be approved under Chapter 7 of the Act on Chemicals Substances and Products No. 878 of 26 June 2010 (LEX-FAOC100396). Electronic request for approval of disinfectants shall be submitted to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration via www.fvst.dk. Approved substances shall be marked with indication of bactericidal, fungicidal and bactericidal and fungicidal functions.
