Abstract The Order lays down provisions on the use of extractants, food enzymes, food additives, technical aids, and aromas for food, with the aim of protecting human, animal and plant health. Traditional Danish foods listed in Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on food additives may only be marketed if they comply with the conditions laid down in that Annex.
