Abstract This Order amends the Regulation of the Support Regime for Fisheries and Aquaculture Products Processing. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings. In particular, they establish that can be submitted up to four applications for payment each approved application. The manager may, according to the type of approved operations, authorize the submission of additional payment requests. May benefit from these supports investments relating to the processing of fisheries and aquaculture products falling within the Portuguese classification of economic activities (CAE -Rev.3), as revised by Decree-Law No. 381/2007 of 14 November, intended for human consumption or exclusively for the treatment, processing and marketing of by-products.
