Abstract The purpose of the Order is to establish net calculation exemption from own production of partial or whole private consumption of electricity. Private producers of electricity from generating plants, which have a nominal electrical output may request to Energinet.dk to have a net metering, which is calculated on an hourly basis and by which the producer is exempted from paying for environmentally friendly electricity. In particular, 50 kW for solar installations (1), 25 kW for wind turbines (2) and 11 kW for heat and power plants not included in 1 and 2.
