Abstract

The Order partly amends Order No. 29, in particular the digital communication for the approval and registration of food business. In the Introduction, the Order now implements articles 16, 49-50, 59a-59b, 60 (sect. 3) of Food Act No. 467 of 15 May 2014 (LEX-FAOC133881). The footnote includes now the implementation of European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of 17 December 2013, Appendix VII of European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of 17 December 2013. The document lists requirements for the submission to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration of digital communication through the official “digital post” national system (articles 5a-b).
