Abstract

The Decree is implementing Commission Directive 1999/71/EC by amending the existing Greek legislation regarding the specific issue. For agricultural products included into the annexes of the Greek legal texts listed in the present Decree: when the maximum residue levels of the substance "Azoxystrobin" is mentioned as "(p)" that means they shall be intended as 'temporary", according to the provisions of article 4 of Presidential Order 115/97. As from 1st August 2003 these maximum residue limits shall be considered as permanent.
