The Decree shall enter into force as from 20 May 2005.
Abstract

Pursuant to Commission Directive 2004/77/EC, the Decree amends Annex IV to article 11 of the Food Code as regards the labelling of certain foods containing glycyrrhizinic acid and its ammonium salt. The Table of foodstuffs containing glycyrrhizinic acid and its ammonium salt for which labelling is compulsory is published with the text of the Decree. Placing on the market of products complying with the provisions of this Decree is allowed starting by 20 May 2005. As from 20 May 2006 placing on the market of products not complying with the aforementioned Decree, shall be prohibited. However, products labelled before 20 May 2006 may continue to be placed on the market until supplies last.
