The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

With this Decree the Greek legislative frame is harmonised with Commission Directive 2003/78/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs (article 1). The sampling for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs shall be carried out in accordance with the methods described in Annex I to this Decree (article 2). The preparation of samples and methods of analysis used for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs must comply with the criteria described in Annex II to the Decree (article 3).
