Abstract

The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms therein employed, such as "raw milk", "treated milk", "vacuum packing", etc. Articles 3 to 6 contain detailed prescriptions for the production of raw milk and dairy products. These products have to be identified as being produced in Austria; they must carry the expiry date. Moreover, all producers have to register with the competent authorities.
