Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the hygienic conditions for meat producing plants. A meat market is the fusion of two or more meat producing plants. In such plants the hygienic conditions must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 1 (Marketing of fresh meat), Annex 2 (Marketing of poultry) and Annex 3 (Marketing of meat products). The Ordinance consists of 7 articles and 3 Annexes.
