Abstract

In implementation of Directives 2003/89/EC, 2004/77/EC and 2005/63/EC, this Legislative Decree lays down some amendments to Legislative Decree No. 109 of 1992 concerning the labelling, packaging and advertising of foodstuffs. The amendments regard the indication of the ingredients present in foodstuffs.
