Abstract

The present Law implements the Poultry Meat Hygiene Act of 17 July 1996 (BGBl. I pp. 991). The Law lays down provisions concerning the authorities in charge of the enforcement of the above-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that the Ministry for Food and Rural Space shall issue provisions concerning the hygiene of poultry meat. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Competent authority (1); Transfer of tasks to poultry meat enterprises (2); Data-storage (2a); Data transmission (2b); Fees (3); Costs of planned examinations of residues (4).
