Abstract The present Act lays down provisions relating to navigation on inland waters, as well as the implementation of the Federal Act on inland navigation of 3 October 1975. To ply those waters, a ship not registered in the Canton of Zug shall need a special authorization, except for ships registered in the Canton of Schwyz and Lucerne.
