Abstract

This Instruction provides for general and specific requirements for food business operators regarding the hygiene of food products. The Instruction consists of the following chapters: General Provisions (I); General and specific hygienic requirements (II); Hazard analysis and critical control points (III); Inspections, Registrations, and approvals (IV); Processing, distribution, and manual usage (V); Imports and exports (VI); Adaptation and progress (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
