These Regulations will come into force on 1 January 1999.
Abstract

These Regulations concern compositional and labelling requirements for infant formulae and follow-on formulae (both defined in reg. 3) intended for use by infants in good health. No person may import, keep, manufacture, sell or otherwise distribute any infant formula or follow-on formula, which does not comply with the requirements of these Regulations (reg. 4).
