It provides for: a necessary municipal license; location and details for interior decor; equipment complying with the Omani standards. The Factory shall be divided in sections: (i) packages and raw material store; (ii) dairy and its products processing division; (iii) packing division; (iv) processed dairy and products division; (v) laboratory division; and (vi) workers changing-room. The specifications of the processing division are divided in: pasteurized milk, pasteurized cream, sterilized milk, concentrated and condensed milk, yogurt and laban, and cheese.
