Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions concerning residue limits of harmful substances in foodstuffs. According to article 1, foodstuff listed in the Annex may not be brought into circulation if it exceeds the indicated maximum residue limits. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
