Abstract This Government Regulation, consisting of 90 articles divided into ten Chapters, is for the State to ensure Food and Nutrition Security is the condition of the fulfillment of Food and Nutrition needs for the state up to the individual, as reflected by the availability of adequate food, both quantity and quality, safe, diverse, meet the adequacy of Nutrition, affordable and not contrary to the religion, beliefs, and culture of the community, to realize a good nutritional status in order to live healthy, active, and productive in a sustainable manner. The scope of this Government Regulation includes: a. Food Reserves of Government and Regional Government; b. Food Diversification and Community Nutrition Improvement; c. Food Crisis Preparedness and Crisis Response; d. Food Distribution, Food Trade, and Food Aid; e. supervision; f. Food and Nutrition Information System; and g. community participation.
