Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate in details the marketing of meat of game. It applies to game processing plants and to the marketing of meat of game. The sanitary requirements established for such plants are contained in the Annex. Moreover, it prescribes an official veterinary control, after which the meat may be processed. The entity for meat inspection is responsible to authorize meat processing. However, controls must be carried out already in plants. The Ordinance consists of 10 articles divided into 5 Parts and 1 Annex.
