Abstract These Regulations make provision for sampling and analysis of food in implementation of the Food Safety Act. They shall apply to all food, sources of food, novel good and food additives as defined in the Act and to articles referred to in subsections 28 (2) and (4) of the Act. They shall also apply to all substances that are subject to inspection as established by sections 25, 26, 29, and 30 of the Act.
