No person shall carry out on a fishing vessel any commercial operation in relation to fishery products unless general hygiene requirements specified in the Annex I of the Schedule are fulfilled. For commercial operations on a fishing vessel to which article 1.2 of Council Directive 92/48/EC applies additional conditions specified in Part II of the Schedule are prescribed (reg. 3).
