In addition, the Regulations: designate enforcing authorities; apply certain specified provisions of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 for the purpose of these Regulations; and apply provisions relating to seizure and destruction under section 8 of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 to food that has been placed on the market in contravention with these Regulations.
