For the purposes of this Act, consisting of 11 sections, there shall be constituted a Committee, to be called the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Advisory Committee, which shall consist of six persons. The Committee may initiate and refer to the Minister: (a) recommendations for making, altering or repealing any regulation,(b) recommendations relating to the administration of this Act, (c) proposals with respect to the addition of fluorine to public water supplies.
