Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 11 sections divided into three Parts, implements the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Act 1957. The Regulation provides for: Applications to fluoridate a public water supply; Fluoridation equipment; Alterations to water supply capacity, water supply works and fluoridating apparatus; Analyses of water samples; Fluoridation to be carried out by qualified operators; and Security of plant rooms.
