They require a water supplier to ensure that the water is wholesome and clean (as defined by these Regulations) and meets the requirements of these Regulations. Irish Water shall monitor the public water supply with the parametric values specified in Part 1 of the Schedule. The Environmental Protection Agency shall monitor compliance with these values.
