No. 122 of 2014) by – (a) in subparagraph (a), substituting “health,” for “health, and”, (b) in subparagraph (b), substituting “Schedule, and” for “Schedule.”, and (c) inserting after subparagraph (b), the following subparagraph: “(c) it meets the requirements of the Directive.”. One of the effects of this amendment is that water supplies must be conform European legislation on drinking water for human consumption.
