Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Extraction Solvents used in the Production of Foodstuffs and Food Ingredients) Regulations 2010 so as to give further effect to Directive 2009/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, as amended by Commission Directive 2010/59/EU. The amendments concern payment of costs and expenses in case of conviction for an offence under these Regulations.
