These Regulations apply to the products defined in the Annex to Council Directive No. 76/118/EEC but do not apply to dietetic products, products specifically prepared for babies and young children or products intended for export outside the territory of the European Communities. The provisions of this Order provide for the implementation of standards for production, processing, marketing and sale of the products to which the Directive applies.
