Abstract

This Order implements EEC Commission Directive 87/524 on Community methods of sampling for chemical analysis for the monitoring of preserved milk products. The taking of samples as referred to in the Annex to Commission Directive 87/524/EEC shall be carried out in accordance with the methods described therein and the methods of analysis to be used by the Minister for testing products to which these Regulations apply shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Commission Directive of 13 November, 1979, laying down community methods of analysis for testing partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption.
