Abstract

Regulations relative to the application for and granting of a licence authorizing the diversion, use or storage of water for power purposes, or the transmission and distribution of water-power, and to define duties and rights of licensees in respect to construction and maintenance of waterworks and water. Applications for licences shall be made with the Director of Water-Power. A licensee shall at all times maintain the lands, works and property held or used by him in respect of his licence in a manner satisfactory to the Director. The very detailed application procedure includes hearing, submittal of general lay-out and other plans for construction of waterworks, etc.
