Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Dominion Water Power Act. Section 2 establishes that the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development may issue licences, substantially in the form set out in Schedules I and II, to TransAlta Utilities Corporation for the renewal of the rights held under the original licences. The text consists of 4 sections and 2 Schedules.
