Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Dominion Water Power Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the extension for a further twenty year period of the final licence for the development of water power at a site on the Astoria River in Jasper National Park in the Province of Alberta by Alberta Power Limited. The text consists of 3 sections.
