Abstract

This Directive of the Fish Product Board is made to implement Council Directive 91/492. The Directive prescribes rules relative to handling, processing and packing and placing on the market of bivalve molluscs defined in article 1. Live bivalve molluscs may only placed on the market if they are processed and packed in accordance with rules laid down in this Directive.
