This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

Pursuant to article 18 of the Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products, this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down: (a) method of labeling foodstuffs; (b) food types; (c) quality and technological requirements for individual types of food; (d) for each type of food: temperature regimes when storing or freezing food, ways of storing and handling food during marketing, special requirements for labelling and transport. Part 1 of the present Decree provides requirements for milk and dairy products, Part 2 for frozen creams, and Part 3 for edible fats and oils.
