Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of the Agriculture lays down, in accordance with European Union regulations: (a) the method of labeling beverages, fermented vinegar and yeasts; (b) types of beverages, fermented vinegar and yeast classified into groups and subgroups; (c) quality requirements, technological requirements for individual types of beverages, fermented vinegar and yeast; (d) temperature regimes for the storage of beverages, fermented vinegar and yeast; (e) methods of storing and handling beverages, fermented vinegar and yeast during their marketing. The present Decree is composed of the following Sections: (1) Introductory provisions; (2) Non-alcoholic beverages and concentrates for the preparation of non-alcoholic beverages; (3) Fruit wines, other wines, cidr and perry; (4) Beer and beverages based on beer; (5) Spirits and other alcoholic beverages; (6) Vinegar; (7) Yeast; (8) Common, transitional and final provisions.
