This Decree enters into force on 1 April 2012.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 articles and three Annexes, lays down requirements to be met by quick-frozen foodstuffs for human consumption. The requirements deal with conditions of raw materials used in the manufacture of such foodstuffs and their preparation, in particular temperature, equipment requirements. Rules on packaging and labelling are laid down too.
