Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 articles and one Annex, lays down requirements for the meat of slaughtered livestock (art. 2) and the meat of slaughtered rabbits, handling and marketing of such meat (art. 3). Particular requirements are specified for: beef and veal (art. 4), pork (art. 5), mutton (art. 6), lamb (art. 7), goat meat (art. 8), capric meat (art. 9), meat of equine animals (art. 10) and rabbit meat (art. 12).
