Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of seven articles and three Annexes. An owner of apiary should notify the Regional Veterinary and Food Administration on beginning or ending the breeding apiary and on appearance or disappearance of a habitat. The form of such notification is specified in Annex 1. Art. 1 provides contents of the book on apiaries. Notification of changes of the number of hives should be done in the form specified in Annex 3 not later than 30 September of the calendar year.
